We can install VWPs by the push-in method or the borehole method. The push-in method uses a sacrificial tip, as shown below, that is pushed with the VWP inside to the correct depth and left in place. Any of our CPT rigs can install VWPs with the push-in method. The more conventional borehole installation method can be conducted with one of our Geoprobe CPT rigs.
